Once you have inspected the plot and confirmed purchasing, we request you to make a full or partial payment depending on your payment capacity. This is to ensure the reservation and to prepare the agreement. Buyer will be requested to provide a photocopy of his or her identity card and relevant documents to sign a contract with Future lands and property developers (PVT) LTD. It is a legal agreement between the buyer and our company to avoid any fraudulent and legal issues that could occur in future.
Once the document is printed and signed, it would take about 1 to 10 working days to obtain the approval from the authorities. Our authorized and professional registrars will formulate agreements for handing out deals. The buyer should pay necessary fees at the point of signing the contract, which includes registrar’s fee, stamp duty and other inclusive charges. Upon signing the agreement, the buyer will be abiding by the clauses included in the contract.
